Ronald E. Montoya is the founder of PlastiComm Industries (now Linkmont Technologies, Inc.) He is also owner of Innov8 Solutions USA and Vice Chairman of Solera National Bank.
As a recognized business leader, Ron has promoted continued growth and development of business in the United States and abroad, bringing economic benefits and diversity to the community. He served as Chairman of the Board for the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from 1996 to 1998, and as Executive Director of the Colorado Office of Minority Business from 1986 to 1990.
Ron is a dedicated member of several Boards, and Committees, such as Colorado Forum, Mountain States Employers Council, and the Rose Community Foundation. He has served on numerous boards and councils throughout the years including National Jewish Hospital, Denver Convention Center Hotel Authority, US Bank, Metropolitan State College of Denver Foundation, and Centro San Juan Diego. Ron has received numerous awards and certificates throughout his career. In 2011, on their Silver Anniversary, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Denver recognized Ron’s contributions by naming the “Ronald E. Montoya Lifetime Achievement Award” in his honor.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, 1972, and a Juris Doctorate from University of Denver, 1977.
